Fulfillment Associate

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Brampton, ON. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and e-commerce environment. This role combines warehouse operations, online order fulfillment, and e-commerce support.
ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Fulfillment Duties
- Online order processing, picking, packing, and labeling products for shipment
- Prepare and pack orders according to company quality standards
- Receive incoming inventory and assist with inventory organization and stock management
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse workspace and other duties as assign.
- Assist with local deliveries when required (if G/G2 License applicable)
E-commerce & Shipping Duties
- Process online orders using WooCommerce
- Create shipping labels using ShipStation or similar shipping software
- Communicate with shipping and courier companies (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, etc.)
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle returns or exchanges
- Update order statuses and maintain accurate shipping records
Administrative & Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries via call,chat, and email related to orders and shipping
- Use Excel and Google Sheets for order tracking, inventory logs, and reports
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and partners
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce, or order fulfillment
- Experience with online shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory management
- Working knowledge of WooCommerce (preferred)
- Experience using ShipStation or similar shipping platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Korean language proficiency is an asset
- G /G2 License with a good driving record
Working Conditions
- Warehouse-based role in Brampton, ON
- Physical work, including standing, lifting, and packing
- 6-day work week ( Saturday off )
- Sunday availability is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
