Current Shift:
8:30am- 2:38pm Monday to Friday

Daily start and end times may vary slightly to align with specific school needs.

(Includes 1/2 hour unpaid lunch) 10 months per year while regular classes are in session

Additional minutes per day are included in the 'Current Shift' schedule above, which staff are expected to work daily in lieu of the spring break closure week in order to allow employees in continuing and temporary assignments to be paid their regular pay during the spring closure week as per Letter of Understanding -Spring Closure Week.

Pay Rate:
$29.07

This position is entitled to collaboration time as outlined in the Letter of Understanding - Support Staff Learning Improvement Fund.

End Date:
June 25, 2026, or return of incumbent, whichever comes first. Opportunities exist to apply on internal job postings or work on-call once this position ends.

This position will be supporting vulnerable elementary and/or middle school students. The location may be at CDC/ALP or at neighbourhood schools.
Successful applicant must have experience working with students presenting extremely challenging, violent, or other complex behaviours.
Successful applicant must have a vehicle and be able to transport children on occasion.
