We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager with strong knowledge of collision repair and production processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a collision repair management or supervisory role. This position focuses on managing workflow and quality control, no customer interaction or hiring duties required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign repair jobs to technicians and clearly communicate expectations.
  • Verify that all required parts are received and correct before work begins.
  • Maintain steady workflow through all departments (body, prep, paint, assembly, detail, QC).
  • Monitor repair progress and resolve any cycle time or production issues.
  • Oversee the repair process from bodywork through final quality control.
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Foster teamwork and ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in collision repair management or production supervision.
  • Strong understanding of repair procedures, parts flow, and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
