Job Description: Salesforce Architect (nCino)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Architect with deep nCino expertise
to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and nCino platform. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical architecture skills with hands‑on configuration experience and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end‑to‑end architecture
    of Salesforce and nCino solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals
  • Design and implement
    nCino Loan Origination System (LOS)
    components, workflows, and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into
    technical designs, data models, and integration patterns
  • Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
  • Conduct
    system assessments
    , identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  • Ensure adherence to
    Salesforce and nCino best practices
    , governance, and compliance standards
  • Mentor developers and admins, providing guidance on technical design and solutioning
  • Support release management, testing, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across Salesforce, nCino, and integrated systems

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture or lead‑level roles
  • 3+ years of hands‑on nCino implementation experience (Commercial, Retail, or SME banking)
  • Strong understanding of
    Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
    , data model, and security architecture
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience designing
    complex integrations
    using middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of
    loan origination workflows
    , credit processes, and banking operations
  • Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
  • nCino certifications (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision‑making
