Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations
  • Perform hair styling services according to client preferences and industry standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon areas in compliance with health regulations
  • Upsell products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
