Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and understanding their needs
  • Assist clients with hair styling, consultations, and product recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure a safe environment
  • Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals
  • Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing transactions
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience and build lasting relationships
  • Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth salon workflow

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all duties
  • Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary to succeed in this role
  • Experience with sanitation procedures in a salon or similar environment is advantageous
  • Previous front desk or administrative experience is beneficial but not required
