This is a
marketing + client engagement
role in the personal development space.

It is
not
:

  • therapy/counselling/clinical work
  • a psychologist role
  • a 1:1 coaching job with an assigned client list

You'll be using marketing + communication skills to create conversations and guide people through a structured process.

What you'll be doing

  • Jump on
    weekly Zoom training
    and ongoing development
  • Implement consistent
    marketing activity
    across LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram (with guidance)
  • Learn and apply
    lead generation techniques
    through social platforms
  • Manage enquiries and book follow-up appointments using a simple process
  • Run
    structured phone/Zoom conversations
    (training and scripts provided)
  • Coordinate online
    Q&A / information sessions
  • Support new clients with onboarding and guidance (within our program framework)
  • Build your online presence and
    grow your personal brand
    as you go

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years
    professional experience (employed or self-employed)
  • Comfortable on social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Confident communicator (phone and Zoom)
  • Professional-level English (spoken and written)
  • all training/resources are in English
  • Self-managed, consistent, coachable
  • A genuine interest in personal development and growth

A quick note before you apply:
This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based remuneration, so it best suits people who can show up consistently and take ownership of their weekly activity. Because of the training expectations and the level of professionalism required, this role is NOT suitable for students at this time.
