Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of employees during your assigned shift. Your main goal will be to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations within the establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff during your shift
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to the team
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve company goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry( specifically pizza store experience)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and working with POS systems
  • Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
