Modern Auto Body Ltd. is a family-owned collision repair shop with over 55 years of excellence. We are OEM-certified for several luxury brands and specialize in restoring vehicles to their original factory condition. Our team is factory-trained to repair Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Aston Martin, TESLA, Rivian, Lexus, and more.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our customer-focused team. This role is the central point of contact for clients, insurance partners, and our internal estimating and repair teams. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them through the repair process
  • Schedule vehicle estimate appointments and manage daily workflow
  • Coordinate rental vehicles for customers
  • Communicate with insurance companies and internal staff
  • Provide regular updates to customers on repair status
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair progress

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role an asset
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
