Java/ Spring boot Developer

Halifax, NS & Toronto ON

6+ months Contract

Job Description for Dev:

  • 3-5 years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications
  • Strong proficiency in Java development including experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and understanding of JVM optimization
  • Good knowledge of and TypeScript with experience building scalable server-side applications and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with MongoDB including database design, optimization, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning
  • Good understanding of software security Oauth / SSO and architecture principles and ability to design and implement robust, maintainable code solutions
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
