Software Support Specialist – Environmental Software
Location: Canada-Wide (Remote role supporting Canadian and US customers)

The Opportunity
:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy person to join our team in a customer support role. We're looking for someone who loves technology and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and online meeting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Participate in product demonstrations and pilot programs (trial period before sale) with potential clients.
- Help with software testing as required.
- Provide support at industry conferences and events to network and promote Datanest Software.
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to inform product development and positioning.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, escalating when needed.
- Document bugs and feature requests for the product team.
- Maintain and update help resources and FAQs.
Requiremen
ts:
- Previous experience in environmental consulting would be advantageous, as would experience in a customer service or technology rol

- s.Comfortable using CRM/ticketing systems and remote support tool
- s.Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple term

- k.Willingness to travel within Canada and occasionally to the US for event
