We are currently hiring for a full–time Relationship Manager to lead our Client Experience team in Calgary, Alberta .

Position Overview

In this leadership role, you will guide a high-performing team of 10–12 professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service and strategic support to 60–70 advisor branches across Canada. Our Client Experience Team—comprised of Operations Associates, Compliance Associates, and Account Administrators—serves as the trusted resource for our Investment Advisor clients. These relationships are built on confidence in our expertise and our ability to provide timely, effective solutions. As the face of the firm to our advisors, you will play a pivotal role in deepening partnerships, driving strategic business development conversations, and serving as the trusted escalation point for complex service matters. We are seeking a dynamic and decisive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires collaboration, and maintains composure under pressure.

What You Will Do

  • Foster relationships with 60–70 advisor branches as a trusted partner and strategic resource.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Client Experience team of 10–12 professionals who deliver exceptional support across operations, compliance, trading, estates, and more.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds key KPI and SLA metrics.
  • Act as a growth catalyst for advisors—providing insights, ideas, and guidance to help elevate their practices and achieve branch-level goals.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership and other departments to resolve complex, multi-faceted issues efficiently.
  • Own high-impact initiatives, managing priority ad-hoc projects that advance the firm's strategic objectives.

You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering exceptional client service within the investment, banking, or related financial industries, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Industry credentials or commitment to advancement, such as CSC, CPH, CIM, or demonstrated progress toward CIRO registration.
  • Proven leadership ability, including experience managing teams and optimizing workflows
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically
    An approach/attitude that thrives under pressure, demonstrating the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining a positive, professional, and solutions oriented.
