Personalized Care Physician in Downtown Edmonton

This role requires a commitment of (4) four days per week, the physician can't have a current panel. One of Canada's most recognized brands is now recruiting Family physicians for its personalized medical care teams across Canada. Join an experienced and passionate team in downtown Edmonton providing comprehensive individual treatment plans in disease prevention, health promotion. The Family Physician assumes a pivotal role in Health Care Centers, guiding the care team in reaching its objectives. They offer family medicine services to the patient population, adhering to guidelines established by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. Their duties encompass assessing patient needs in collaboration with the nursing team, directing patients to the appropriate services, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion, and working closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient engagement and care outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills are also necessary for compassionate interactions with patients and their families. About the clinic The Health Care Centre offers Personalized, Corporate, and Occupational Health services through customized plans that suit patient healthcare needs. EMR is Med Access. Support staff: Allied Healthcare team - Dieticians, Nurses, Kinesiologist. RequirementsMust be eligible for a medical license in AlbertaPrevious Experience in Primary CareYou are comfortable with using an EMR and workplace technologyA team player capable of interacting professionally with the care team (nurses, kinesiologists, dieticians) and patients with a positive attitudeAdaptability and flexibility to ensure highest level of service for team and patientsCompelling communicator: clear, concise and influential in all aspects of communicationLifelong learner: dissatisfied with the status quo and continually growing personal Compensation: Private pay per day + MSP
