**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving or patient care is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving duties, including lifting and moving patients as needed.
