and scaling our impact and we're looking for an exceptional Co-Founder to lead
Sales & Marketing
as we build the next phase.
Role Description:
Your Mission We're looking for a Co-Founder (Sales & Marketing) to lead both B2C growth and B2B expansion, with a strong focus on:
- B2C Growth Craft and execute full-funnel digital strategies (Meta, YouTube, SEO, content, email).
- Build acquisition funnels and optimize CAC → LTV ratios.
- Launch campaigns that convert — from reels to referrals.
- B2B Growth Build and close digital partnerships with immigration firms, test centers, and influencers.
- Develop scalable B2B onboarding pipelines for education consultants, agencies, and institutions.
- Negotiate reseller models, affiliate deals, and white-label offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and teams.
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing, including strategy development, lead generation, and campaign execution.
- Analytical and research skills to interpret data and market trends effectively, driving informed business decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify growth opportunities and solve challenges.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
- Experience in EdTech or e-learning sectors is a plus.

- Growth-focused, marketing-savvy, and ready to build from scratch
- Fluent in
English

this is a
co-founder
role, not a side hustle - Based in Canada/ USA
Compensation & Commitment:
This is a 100% equity-based co-founder role. No salary will be offered at this stage. However, once we successfully close our pre-seed round, a founder-level salary can be negotiated based on the funding raised. his is not a gig or short-term role. You'll be joining as a true co-founder, with a 3-year equity vesting schedule. You'll have full ownership of your domain, contribute to high-level strategy, and share in the long-term upside of the business.
