Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tajima Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role offers an opportunity to work in an environment where safety, quality, and productivity are prioritized. 1-2 years of Tajima experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to develop their skills.

We are very flexible with start times , so you can basically chose a time that works best for you and your situation.

Duties

  • Operate Machines : Set up and run our embroidery machines ,ensuring quality is clean and precise.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
  • Preparing garments and hats ready for the embroidery process (hooping)
  • Follow detailed work orders.
  • Set up machines according to job specifications, including thread selection, needle changes, and frame adjustments as required
  • Select appropriate backings for various fabric types
  • Assist with setup and changeover of machines for different production runs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

  • Prior experience running Tajima equipment (1-2 years)m is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
  • Ability to follow detailed work orders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
