About the Role:​ We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, building strong connections with retail partners and consumers while promoting our products both online and offline. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about the vaping industry and excited to grow with a dynamic brand.

Key Responsibilities:​

· Conduct regular visits to retail stores, build positive relationships with store staff, and gather feedback from retailers and consumers on brand perception and needs.

· Monitor market trends and demand shifts in the GTA, communicate insights to the brand team, and help optimize marketing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

· Strengthen relationships with key retail partners, identify customer needs, and improve brand loyalty and engagement.

· Collaborate with the brand team to develop promotion strategies for new and existing products, assist in planning and executing marketing materials, and support brand penetration in the local market.

· Manage brand social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok), create engaging content, increase brand visibility, interact with followers, and maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications:​

· Currently residing in the GTA with fluent English proficiency; bilingual English and Mandarin is a strong asset.

· Active user of vaping products with a genuine interest in the industry and basic product knowledge.

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships.

· Energetic, confident, proactive, and creative, with strong execution skills and a sense of responsibility.

· Prior experience as a brand ambassador or in social media marketing is preferred.

· Basic skills in photography, video editing, or content planning are an advantage.
