We are seeking a visionary Founding 3D Artist
to define the entire visual identity of our game. You won't just be making assets; you'll be pioneering a revolutionary, AI-first art pipeline. Your mission will be to leverage tools like Meshy and your expertise in Blender to produce stunning, high-quality 3D models and environments at a speed that traditional studios can't match.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish and own the game's complete 3D art style and visual language.
  • Create breathtaking characters, props, and environments using a hybrid workflow of AI tools like

    and traditional sculpting/modeling in
    Blender

  • Rapidly iterate on ideas, moving from a simple text prompt to a game-ready asset in record time.
  • Collaborate directly with the founding team on game design, world-building, and narrative.
  • Stay on the bleeding edge of AI art generation and constantly refine our workflow by integrating the best new tools.

Who You Are:

  • A Blender Expert:
    You have deep, practical expertise in Blender, covering the fundamentals of modeling, sculpting, texturing, and lighting.
  • An AI-Native Creator:
    You don't just use AI tools; you think with them. You're fluent in concepting (Midjourney, etc.) and are excited to master text-to-3D tools like

    You have a portfolio that showcases your artistic skill and, ideally, your experiments with AI-driven workflows.
