Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cash handling.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies relevant to technology sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute in skid/pallet unpacking and merchandise organization.
  • Being communicative, stressless, and physical endurance.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Ukrainian; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling practices is beneficial.
  • A background in technology sales or technical sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
