Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our team for the holiday season. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy engaging with customers. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and driving sales during our busy seasonal period.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
  • Provide knowledgeable product information and conduct engaging product demonstrations.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and enhance the customer experience.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet the demands of a busy retail environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

Work Location: In person
