The Mandate

Prime One MGMT does not just participate in the Canadian cannabis market; we define the standard for execution. We are the exclusive sales agency for a trifecta of category-defining brands: Seaweed Craft Cannabis (Artisanal execution), MOD (Water-soluble innovation), and .decimal (Precision-dosed pharma grade technology).

We have secured distribution in over 70% of Ontario's licensed retailers through disciplined strategy and relentless effort. We are a lean, elite unit. We are looking for an Ontario Territory Manager who operates not as an employee, but as the CEO of their territory.

We are not looking for "participants." We are looking for a Market Architect—someone who can develop strong relationships to secure shelf space, velocity, and market dominance.

The Mission: Objectives & Key Results

Your role is to treat your territory as a standalone business unit, driving P&L impact through three core pillars:

1. Aggressive Market Expansion & Penetration

  • The Goal: Transform "potential" into "revenue." You will manage a prescriptive list of high-value accounts, converting non-stocking retailers into loyal partners and expanding SKU counts within existing accounts.
  • The Execution: Drive velocity through precise go-to-market planning. You are responsible for ensuring our portfolio is not just 
    in
     the store, but 
    winning
     the shelf.

2. Consultative Partnership & Brand Education

  • The Goal: Move beyond "sales rep" to "trusted advisor." Build unshakable relationships with owners, managers, and budtenders.
  • The Execution: Deploy high-impact in-store initiatives (merchandising, staff training, display optimization) that make our products the easiest and most profitable recommendation for the retailer to make.

3. Strategic Intelligence & Compliance

  • The Goal: Operate with precision. Use data to forecast trends, manage out-of-stocks, and neutralize competitive threats.
  • The Execution: You will work autonomously to analyze sales performance and inventory levels, providing actionable intelligence to leadership while maintaining rigorous compliance with all provincial regulations.

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You are a Commercial Athlete: You possess 3+ years of verifiable B2B field sales success. Experience in CPG (Grocery, Bev-Alc, Pharma) is a significant asset because you understand the physics of planograms and shelf warfare.
  • You Thrive in Autonomy within a Proven Framework:
    You do not require micromanagement. You thrive when executing against a clear playbook. Our management team has engineered the strategy and operating system for your success; your role is to take ownership of that system, driving daily execution with discipline while knowing you are backed by a leadership team that has paved the way.
  • You Are Data-Fluent: You don't just make calls; you analyze the ROI of your time and your territory's performance.
  • You Are Resilient: You understand that "no" is just the start of the negotiation. You have a valid driver's license and the stamina for bi-monthly travel across the territory.

  • If you confuse "activity" (being busy) with "productivity" (closing deals), this environment will not suit you.
