Operations Assistant

Responsabilités
- Soutenir le gestionnaire des opérations dans le développement de l'équipe et assurer une coordination efficace des activités quotidiennes.
- Encadrer et superviser le travail des chauffeurs-livreurs.
- Planifier les zones et itinéraires de livraison.
- Gérer les colis problématiques et assurer leur résolution.
- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) des chauffeurs.
- Apporter un soutien au directeur des opérations et aux collègues selon les besoins.
Responsibilities
- To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth
- Manage and supervise the work of drivers
- Plan driver delivery areas and routes
- Dealing with problematic packages
- Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers
- Assist the operation director and colleagues in other work
Qualifications
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du mandarin; connaissance de base du français.
- Solides compétences en planification, organisation et gestion du temps.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants.
- Esprit d'équipe et collaboration démontrée.
- Admissible légalement à travailler au Canada.
- Posséder un véhicule personnel et un permis de conduire valide.
- Disponibilité pour des horaires variables et des heures supplémentaires au besoin.
- Bonne communication en français. Parler mandarin est un atout.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English/Mandarin, basic French
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in general computer applications
- Demonstrate collaborative teamwork spirit
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Willing to work variable shifts/overtime
- Good communication in french. Speak mandarin is a bonus
