Job Title: EUC Field Services Engineer (Level 2)

Location: (Clairmont, Edmonton, Red Cliff, Red Deer)- Alberta

Role: Dispatch

Job Summary:

As an EUC Field Services Engineer L2, you will provide on-site and remote second-level technical support for end-user computing devices and peripherals. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist in device deployments, and ensure systems are maintained to organizational standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.

· Support software, OS, and network configurations (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu).

· Deploy and configure end-user devices and applications.

· Perform routine maintenance and apply updates/security patches.

· Communicate professionally with users, offering guidance and training where necessary.

· Document incidents and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, and imaging tools.

· Knowledge of ITIL practices and service ticketing systems.

· Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

· Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality service delivery.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
