Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks accounting software.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting activities
  • Process payroll accurately and timely
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

Skills

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software is essential
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management
  • Ability to perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external auditors
