Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to assist with Recreational Vehicle Maintenance, general lot duties and Customer interactions to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience. The role involves assisting with daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the maintenance of our recreational vehicles. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
  • Assist with lot organization and Unit setup
  • Ability to haul & deliver Travel Trailers and 5th Wheels
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and surrounding areas
  • Support with vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, and reporting any issues
  • Providing Orientations to customers, explaining features & basic operations on their purchased unit.
  • Support dealership by assisting with vehicle check-in/check-out processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure a positive experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate lot equipment and tools safely
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Basic Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, Punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
