Position Overview:We're looking for two experienced carpenters who can take the lead on-site and work alongside our great team. The ideal candidates are highly skilled framers who can handle a wide range of tasks involved in building a home—from framing to finishing—and who are confident leading by example on the job site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee residential construction and restoration projects on-site.

  • Perform all aspects of carpentry: framing, formwork, installation, trim, and finishing.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

  • Supervise and work alongside laborers and apprentices to ensure quality workmanship and safety.

  • Collaborate with the project manager and other trades to keep projects on schedule.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of residential construction or framing experience (large-loss restoration experience is a plus).
    • Strong understanding of all phases of home building.
    • Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and lead a small crew on-site.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
