The Opportunity
We are seeking
Labourers to support warehouse, yard, and logistics operations. This role is suited to individuals who are dependable, safety-minded, physically capable, and experienced working with materials, equipment, and general labour tasks in an indoor/outdoor environment. If you are someone who maintains high standards of accuracy, organization, and safe work habits, this position offers stable, full-time work within a professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, stage, and organize orders with accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and basic material-handling equipment (forklift operation where certified).
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse/yard spaces, including seasonal outdoor tasks.
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and documentation as required.
- Follow all DNM safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OHSA/WHMIS standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding material needs, shortages, or issues.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in warehouse, yard, shipping/receiving, or general labour.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing active work.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors year-round.
- Forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe work practices.
- Valid G-Class Driver's License and clean abstract (asset depending on assignment).
- WHMIS and First Aid considered an asset.
