The Client Relationship Coordinator is responsible for executing high-volume outbound call campaigns to strengthen client relationships and drive measurable sales outcomes by booking appointments for dealerships across the GAIN group. Wage:
$50,000 - $55,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute pre-set sales and retention campaigns developed by the CRM Team Lead and Sales Management, adapting approach based on real-time call insights and feedback
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple platforms by keeping CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date
  • Begin supporting select assigned dealerships, with the expectation of regular movement across multiple GAIN locations as business needs evolve

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in guest experience, customer service, client-facing roles, or call center environments, including sales calls and customer support lines
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication in English, including the ability to engage clients over the phone in a positive and professional manner
  • Comfortable conducting sales conversations and handling objections while guiding calls toward follow-up actions or appointments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel is a bonus
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage shifting priorities across multiple dealerships
