… then we'd love to talk to you.The Role: Inventory & Logistics Coordinator (with Delivery Support)This role is responsible for managing inventory, controlling material flow, and supporting deliveries to ensure smooth job execution from shop to site.Core ResponsibilitiesInventory & Material Flow

• Receive, organize, and maintain accurate inventory of millwork materials and supplies
• Strategically store materials to support efficient job flow and production sequencing
• Plan and execute the movement of pallets and materials throughout the shop
• Maintain clear labeling, locations, and inventory accuracy
• Perform regular inventory checks and audits
• Proactively identify material shortages or issues before they impact production
• Work closely with the production team to align inventory with job schedules

Delivery Driver Responsibilities (approx. 10 hours/week)

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites and clients
• Load, secure, and unload materials with care and attention to quality
• Plan efficient delivery routes and schedules
• Inspect materials prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy and condition
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with the production team and clients regarding delivery status, timing, and any issues

Pay: $18.08-$24.80 per hour
