Position Summary:
As cyber threats accelerate, organizations need more than tools—they need expertise, speed, and confidence. TrendAI Vision One Services extends customer teams with trusted and highly skilled 24/7 cybersecurity professionals to predict, prevent, and manage breaches, giving you more time to focus on strategic initiatives.
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and scale the market narrative for our Cyber Services business, spanning Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Incident Response (IR), Red & Purple Teaming, Cyber Risk Services, Premium Support, and Professional Services.
You'll shape how CISOs, security leaders, and boards understand the value of human-led security outcomes—bridging technology, threat intelligence, and real-world response expertise. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who understands how services drive trust, resilience, and measurable risk reduction.
Responsibilities:
Own the services narrative: Define positioning and messaging for our TrendAI Vision One Services portfolio —focused on outcomes, expertise, and business impact.
Lead go-to-market: Drive launches, packaging, and integrated GTM motions for Cyber Services in partnership with services leadership, services operations teams, product, sales, and marketing.
Translate expertise into stories: Turn real-world response experience, threat intelligence, and customer outcomes into compelling content and field assets.
Enable sales & partners: Equip teams with clear messaging, decks, and talk tracks to win high-stakes services conversations.
Influence portfolio strategy: Bring market insight, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into services roadmap, offers, and pricing discussions.
Elevate thought leadership: Represent Trend Micro with analysts, customers, and industry forums as a trusted voice in MDR, IR, Red/Purple teaming and cyber resilience.
Stay market-relevant: Track trends across managed services, incident response, breach readiness, cyber insurance, and executive risk discussions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B product or services marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity services (MDR, IR, Red/Purple Teaming, SOC-as-a-Service, consulting).
Strong understanding of incident response lifecycles, threat detection, and managed security operations.
Experience marketing human-led, outcome-driven services—not just tools or platforms.
Ability to engage CISO, security leadership, and executive audiences with clarity and credibility.
Exceptional storytelling skills, with a proven track record of building compelling narratives from complex, real-world scenarios.
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
