Vous serez le pilier technique expert (N3) de nos services gérés. Votre rôle sera de gérer de manière proactive, optimiser et renforcer la posture de cybersécurité de nos clients. Cela inclut l'exécution de maintenance préventive, la standardisation via l'automatisation, la gestion des menaces de sécurité, et l'établissement d'une relation de partenaire technique de confiance avec la clientèle.
Le poste est à distance, mais nous recherchons idéalement une personne résidant sur la rive sud, car il est possible que nous demandions à nos employés de se rendre au bureau un jour par semaine l'année prochaine.
Responsabilités Clés
• Cybersécurité & Conformité :
o Mener des évaluations de risques, des analyses de vulnérabilités et des tests d'intrusion (pentests automatisés).
o Gérer l'application des correctifs (patching) et effectuer des audits de sécurité Cloud (M365, Azure).
o Élaborer et présenter des feuilles de route (roadmaps) d'amélioration en cybersécurité (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Gestion des Systèmes (Niveau 3) :
o Planifier et exécuter la maintenance préventive des infrastructures (Fortinet, serveurs, virtualisation, postes de travail).
o Développer des scripts (PowerShell, Python) et optimiser les outils RMM pour l'automatisation et la standardisation.
• Support et Relation Client :
o Agir comme support expert (N3), gérer les alertes du SOC et superviser le suivi des tickets pour les techniciens N1/N2.
o Mener les rencontres clients (mensuelles/trimestrielles) pour les revues d'activité, la présentation des rapports de sécurité et la planification des projets à venir.
o Participer à la phase d'avant-vente et d'intégration des nouveaux clients.
Compétences Techniques Requises
• Expérience significative (5+ ans) dans un environnement MSP (Managed Service Provider).
• Expertise avancée des pare-feu Fortinet (FortiGate) et des protocoles réseau.
• Maîtrise de Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware et de l'écosystème Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Expérience avec les outils d'analyse de vulnérabilités et de pentesting (ex: Nessus).
• Compétence en scripting (PowerShell, Python) et maîtrise des outils RMM.
Qualités et Atouts
• Rigueur, organisation et sens des responsabilités pour la gestion des calendriers de maintenance et le respect des SLA.
• Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite) et capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques.
• Certifications : Un atout majeur (ex: CISSP, Fortinet NSE de niveau élevé, AZ-104, ITIL).
