Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time / On-Call Cleaning Technician who can support our team with cleaning tasks, occasional supply deliveries, and transporting staff and night shifts when needed. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, trustworthy, and capable of taking initiative. The ability to drive is an essential part of the position.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties:

  • Perform residential and light commercial cleaning tasks (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washrooms, surface cleaning, etc.).
  • Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleaning standards.
  • Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Report any issues, damages, or supply shortages.

Driving & On-Call Support:

  • Transport employees to various job sites when required.
  • Pick up and deliver cleaning supplies or equipment.
  • Assist with last-minute or on-call cleaning assignments.
  • Follow assigned schedules and adapt to route or timing changes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
  • Available to provide on-call support on an urgent basis during both daytime and nighttime hours.
  • Requirements
  • Valid BC Driver's License (Class 5 or equivalent).
  • Clean driving abstract and safe driving habits.
  • Experience in residential or commercial cleaning is an asset.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Flexible availability — mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasional short-notice shifts.
  • Ability to lift and move light equipment or supplies.
  • Familiarity with Lower Mainland areas is an advantage.
