Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is required. Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and professionalism are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties in homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and trash removal.
  • Maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools and supplies, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service by being professional, respectful, and attentive to client requests
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety protocols during all cleaning activities
  • Travel between job sites safely and efficiently
  • Communicate any issues or special instructions to the supervisor

Experience

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently complete multiple tasks within scheduled timeframes
  • Organizational skills to keep track of cleaning supplies and manage daily workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
