What We're Looking For:

We're seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians (minimum 2-3 years in the trade) to join our growing team. If you're passionate about electrical systems, thrive in a leadership role, and enjoy mentoring apprentices, we want to hear from you

As a Journeyman Electrician at Ground Electrical, you'll be:

  • Leading small teams of apprentices and providing mentorship both on and off the job site.
  • Communicating with the master electrician, clients, and subcontractors to ensure all projects run smoothly.
  • Ensuring that job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Executing electrical plans & specifications with a keen eye for detail.
  • Participating in safety meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of commercial experience is a must. Multi-residential and residential experience is a bonus
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work with stepladders, extension ladders, and scissors/boom lifts.
  • Basic tools (e.g., hand tools, cordless drill, etc.) are required.
