Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator & Assembly Technician to join our operations team. This role focuses on warehouse organization, inventory handling, order preparation, and product assembly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and storing inventory
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed
  • Assemble products using basic hand tools according to company guidelines
  • Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
  • Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisor
  • Support general operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy items safely
  • Hands-on mechanical ability and comfort using basic tools
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and a professional work attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills are an asset (inventory systems, labels, etc.)
