Triforest Inc. Ajax is currently hiring a full-time experienced warehouse coordinator for our client in Ajax ON. In this position you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely shipment of products to customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth shipping operations. This person will complete the necessary shipping paperwork, scan incoming and outgoing products using system scanners and ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate. This position is required to be organized and detailed oriented, and will need to communicate effectively with co-workers, other department employees and management.

Shifts: Day Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Language: English & Mandarin (required)

Responsibilities:

· Safe operation of forklift, electric pallet jacks and hand jacks.

· Inspect inbound shipments and check for discrepancies or damaged goods.

· Enter/scan incoming and outgoing shipments into ERP system.

· Answer the door when carriers come in and assign door to them.

· Participate in plant wide physical inventories when scheduled.

· Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety Policies/Procedures and Quality Procedures

· Assisting in order packing and skidding

· General cleaning of Shipping/Receiving area

Qualifications & requirements:

· Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented position, excellent communication skills.

· General understanding of warehouse functions.

· Forklift experience will train and certify the right individual.

· Capable of lifting to 50lbs

· NS system an asset

· Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

· Effective written and oral communication skills.

· Strong work ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.54 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
