Tronosjet Maintenance Inc is a Canadian MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facility specializing in aerospace component manufacturing and maintenance. We produce newly manufactured hydraulic and mechanical accessory components for the aerospace industry, supporting high standards of precision, safety, and reliability.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Aircraft Component Assembly and Test Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble and test new mechanical and hydraulic aircraft components using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Specific training on our components will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precise measuring and inspection of aircraft component piece parts
  • Clean and prepare components for assembly
  • Interpret and follow manuals, drawings, process instructions, and flowcharts
  • Assemble, test, and repair aircraft components
  • Apply lockwire techniques to secure components
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality system standards

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in assembly, teardown, inspection, or test equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Basic math proficiency and computer literacy
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in aircraft component maintenance or a related field is an asset

Qualifications (Education/Experience)

  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • Aerospace background preferred
  • Certificate from a Technical College in Gas Turbine or Electromechanical programs is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
