Arrowhead Lodge is a premier, self-catered, ski-in ski-out lodge located on Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

Arrowhead Lodge is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Seasonal Lodge Manager to oversee guest experiences and property operations. This role offers flexibility, with availability required during guest stays and adaptable hours when the lodge is unoccupied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and seamless check-in experience.
  • Provide concierge support, assisting guests with activity recommendations, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance providers to ensure the lodge is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Willing to do what is required to ensure our guests have a safe and memorable experience.
  • Oversee contractor visits, property upkeep, and minor on-site operational needs.
  • Communicate effectively with ownership and service providers to ensure smooth lodge operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or guest services.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanour with a strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Revelstoke and local service providers is an asset.

Schedule & Commitment:

This is a seasonal position with a flexible schedule. There may be an opportunity to extend this role to year-round.

Availability is required during guest stays, including weekends or evenings as needed.
