Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product strategy for the company's core platform, ensuring alignment with growth and user engagement goals.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver impactful product releases on time and at high quality.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as activation, retention, and user growth to identify opportunities and optimize key funnels.
  • Translate complex user and business needs into simple, effective solutions that enhance customer experience.
  • Operate with high autonomy and accountability, reporting directly to the founders and shaping the company's product vision.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in driving measurable impact across growth, retention, or activation metrics.
  • Strong analytical ability, with familiarity in Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is an asset.
  • Technical acumen and comfort discussing tradeoffs with engineering teams.
  • Must have ownership over a SaaS product, preferably within a startup or mid-size company.
