Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement membership engagement strategies to increase member participation and satisfaction.
  • Manage member communications, including newsletters, updates, and event invitations.
  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings for members to enhance networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote membership benefits and services effectively.
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze membership trends and feedback to improve programs and services continually.

Experience

  • Previous experience in membership organizations or community engagement is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using membership management software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
