We're seeking an energetic, service-driven Membership Account Manager who will not only excel in sales but also play a key role in member engagement, satisfaction, and retention. What You'll Do:
- Drive Membership Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets through proactive lead generation, referrals, and in-club outreach.
- Manage Member Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing members, ensuring all needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Enhance Member Experience: Develop and maintain strong relationships to deliver exceptional service that fosters connection, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
- Improve Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance the member journey, proactively resolve issues, and implement engagement strategies that reduce attrition.
- Administrative Excellence: Complete all documentation, CRM updates, and reporting accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work with fitness, operations, and front desk teams to ensure a seamless and personalized member experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management (minimum 2 years, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or membership-based industry).
- A people-first mindset — you genuinely care about helping others succeed and feel valued.
- A Team Player
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and community building.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and online communication tools.
