Technical Inside sales specialist
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Inside Counter Sales Associate to help customers outfit their vehicles with quality auto parts, truck accessories, and overlanding gear. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys vehicles, working with customers, and turning product knowledge into sales.
If you like Jeeps, trucks, off-road builds, and helping customers get the right setup — this is the job for you.
What You'll Do
- Assist walk-in and phone customers at the sales counter
- Recommend parts, accessories, and overlanding solutions
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle payments
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories when appropriate
- Maintain product displays and basic merchandising
- Work with inventory and suppliers as needed
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service every day
What We're Looking For
- Retail sales or counter sales experience (auto parts preferred)
- Interest in vehicles, trucks, off-road, or overlanding gear
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using POS or computer systems
- Reliable, organized, and detail -oriented
