We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Issue materials and equipment as requested by various departments.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Prepare inventory reports and submit them to management on schedule.
  • Ensure that all stored items are properly labeled and documented.
  • Monitor stock movement to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Comply with company safety and handling procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management is an asset.
  • 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift and move moderate loads when required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
