The Senior Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient management of warehouse operations, with a strong focus on construction materials and spare parts. This role oversees the entire flow of goods from receipt and verification, through safe storage, to timely issuing—ensuring accuracy, compliance with company procedures, and alignment with project needs. The Chief Storekeeper will lead and coordinate the team of storekeepers and warehouse operators, providing guidance, supervision, and support in day‑to‑day activities. He/She is also responsible for the proper preservation of materials, guaranteeing that they are stored according to technical data sheets, manufacturer specifications, and in consideration of local environmental and climatic conditions, thus maintaining their quality and usability for project execution. Oversee receipt, verification, and proper storage of goods. Ensure accurate and timely issuing of materials to requesting units. Maintain stock records, update warehouse systems, and reconcile inventory. Supervise stock‑counts and ensure resolution of discrepancies. Handle returns, transfers, and scrapping of materials according to procedures. Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards, including handling of hazardous materials. Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation and reports. What We Are Looking For? Proven experience in warehouse/storekeeping, preferably in construction or industrial projects. Knowledge of inventory control processes and ERP/warehouse systems. Familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
