What You'll Be Crushing
Leading the Floor: Act as the face of the brand, managing daily operations, ensuring every service runs smoothly, and maintaining our high-standards for quality and ambiance.
Team Development
: Coach, mentor, and inspire our front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You'll be instrumental in developing future leaders and maintaining a fun, positive, and high-energy work culture.
Guest Experience:
Drive the ultimate guest journey. You'll handle guest interactions, resolve issues with finesse, and ensure every diner leaves feeling like a VIP.
Operational Excellence:
Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls. You'll be responsible for hitting targets and contributing to the overall financial success of the venue.
Setting the Vibe:
Work with the General Manager to maintain the trendy, sophisticated atmosphere that our guests love.
Who You Are
A Proven Leader:
You have 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service, upscale restaurant environment.
Mixology Mindset:
Solid previous
bartending or bar management experience
. You understand how to drive beverage sales, maintain a high-end bar program, and pour with precision.
Hospitality Hustler:
You naturally go above and beyond to make people happy—staff and guests alike.
Systems Thinker:
You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using tech to manage operations (POS, scheduling software, etc.).
Cool Under Pressure:
High-volume rushes don't faze you. You handle the unexpected with a strategic mind and a calm demeanor.
