Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to security incidents via ServiceNow, following established incident response protocols.
- Analyze emerging threats and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain operational reporting (e.g., RMDIs, HR investigations, lost/stolen asset reports).
- Compile and analyze data for executive-level metrics and dashboards.
- Lead and support security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations.
- Coordinate multi-unit responses during security incidents and ensure timely stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct root cause analysis and document incident response procedures.
- Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) service requests within SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate and mitigate potential security risks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cybersecurity incident response and threat analysis.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles.
- Experience in compiling and presenting security metrics and reports.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during security events.
- Knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must be available to work onsite in Regina, SK.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in public sector or government environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
- Background in conducting phishing simulations and awareness training.
Familiarity with Canadian privacy and security regulations
