Dairy Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Dairy Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key resource for software support, customer engagement, and sales follow up. This role involves providing expert advice to clients, conducting product demonstrations, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Dairy Advisor will play a vital role in promoting the use and benefits of our software, technology and equipment through effective communication, technical skills, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recommendations / reports
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various dairy items
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive post sale experience
• Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers on product benefits and usage tips
• Demonstrate proficiency with use of technology on farm
• Uphold phone etiquette when communicating with clients or suppliers
• Attend trainings for new product launches

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product features clearly
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and perform software demos confidently
• Organizational skills
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Animal Health degree or 3years On farm experience required

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
