Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing meals, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and quality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
  • Support cooking and food assembly processes following established recipes and safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
  • Follow proper food safety procedures to ensure health standards are met
  • Help with serving customers when needed, providing friendly and efficient service
  • Adhere to all food industry regulations and standards for hygiene and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cooking, meal preparation, and food handling techniques
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards within the food industry
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
  • Prior kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry is a plus
