Analytical Laboratory Technician

Tâches et responsabilités:
Exécuter les analyses relatives aux travaux de développement des produits pharmaceutiques l'aide de diverses techniques et appareils analytiques. Ceci peut inclure, mais ne se limite pas à :
- HPLC
- Préparation d'échantillon
- Titration
- Dissolution
- Analyses de stabilité
- Caractérisation physique de l'IPA, intermédiaires et produits finis
- Mener des recherches hors-spécifications
Respecter les règles de sécurité et d'hygiène du laboratoire ;
Maîtriser les différentes méthodes et techniques analytiques, et le fonctionnement des appareils;
Respecter les délais et les priorités ;
Maintenir à jour toute la documentation pertinente leurs activités ;
Respecter les SOP et BPF relatives leur travail;
Participer de façon active toutes les investigations analytiques requises;
Suivre et effectuer au besoin l'inventaire de réactifs, standards et colonnes chromatographiques.
Assurer l'entretien général du laboratoire.
Exécuter les analyses conformément aux instructions, transcrire les données dans des rapports pertinents, évaluer les données par rapport au critère R & D / BPF avec les conseils du superviseur.
Effectuer toutes tâches connexes.
Qualifications:
- Diplome d'études Collégiales
- 3 ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe
- Bilingue (français, anglais)
- Aptitude informatique (MS Office 365)
Tasks and responsibilities:
Carrying out analyses relating to pharmaceutical product development work using various analytical techniques and equipment. This may include, but is not limited to:
- HPLC
- Sample preparation
- Titration
- Dissolution
- Stability analyses
- Physical characterisation of API, intermediates, and finished products
- Conducting off-spec research
Respect the safety and hygiene rules of the laboratory;
Master the different analytical methods and techniques, and the operation of the equipment;
Respect deadlines and priorities;
Maintain all relevant documentation of their activities;
Respect the SOPs and GMPs relating to their work;
Actively participate in all required analytical investigations;
Monitor and carry out inventory of reagents, standards and chromatographic columns as required.
Ensure general maintenance of the laboratory.
Carry out analyses according to instructions, transcribe data into relevant reports, evaluate data against R & D / GMP criteria with guidance from supervisor.
Perform all related duties.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Collegiate studies
- 3 years of prior work experience in a related field
- Bilingual (English, French)
- Computer skills (MS Office 365)
