Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Keyholder at ALDO Group, located in Burlington, ON. The Keyholder will oversee daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support the team in achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and opening or closing the store as needed. The Keyholder plays a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Product Knowledge to effectively guide and inform customers about ALDO's footwear, accessories, and promotions.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to foster positive interactions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Experience in Retail Sales to meet sales targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with the team and engage with customers effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle responsibilities related to store operations, including opening/closing duties.
  • Previous relevant experience in a retail or customer-focused environment is an asset.
